  • Full-time

   EXPERIENCE

  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, Office 365, and Revit

  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, terminology, and industry standards

  • Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in document preparation and record keeping

  • Effective communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders

CONSTRUCTION ADMINISTRATOR
  • Full-time

  • Collaborate with project managers and construction teams to ensure smooth project execution

  • Review and analyze construction plans, specifications, and contracts

  • Prepare and distribute project documentation, including contracts, change orders, and submittals

  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, site visits, and inspections

  • Track project progress and maintain accurate records of construction activities

   EXPERIENCE

  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred

  • Proven experience in construction administration or related role

  • Proficiency in using Adobe Creative Suite, CAD software, Office 365, and Revit

ARCHITECTURAL DESIGNER
  • Full-time

  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to develop architectural designs and concepts

  • Create detailed 2D and 3D drawings, renderings, and models using Revit and MicroStation

  • Prepare construction documents, including plans, sections, elevations, and details

  • Coordinate with engineers and other consultants to ensure design integrity and compliance with building codes and regulations

  • Review and revise designs based on client feedback and project requirements
