WILSON COUNTY

CARROLL-OAKLAND

ADDITION/RENOVATION-2015

Carroll-Oakland School is a 122,230 s.f. facility for grades K-8, designed with a core capacity of 1,000 students.  The 29 Acre campus is located in Lebanon, Tennessee in Wilson County.

The new construction of a new Gymnasium and Classrooms was designed to handle the population growth in the area that had caused the placement of 14 Classrooms in portables. The new facility promotes academics, extracurricular actives, and providing a safe learning environment for the students attending this school. The main entrance features a secure vestibule mandating all visitors check-in before proceeding into the school.

The existing gymnasium featured a 74’ basketball court, platform, and seats for approximately 550 persons.   This space has been split in two creating a new Media Center and a new Kitchen.  The new Media Center is 33% larger and the new Kitchen is almost twice as large as the existing allowing more room for food preparation and serving. The new gymnasium features an 84’ basketball court, a volleyball court, a larger platform, and seating for 1,000.
